What is PickUp Go?
PickUp Go is a professional management app designed for private hire drivers, taxi drivers and motorcycle taxi drivers. It brings together all the tools a driver needs on a daily basis: order forms, invoicing, flight tracking, price simulator, client management and more — all in one app.
Who is PickUp Go for?
All private transport professionals: private hire drivers, taxi drivers and motorcycle taxi drivers. Whether you're just starting out or have been in the business for years, the app is designed to simplify your life and save you time in the field.
Is it a booking platform like Uber?
No. PickUp Go is not a ride-hailing platform. It's a management tool for your business. You manage your own clients, orders and invoices. The app helps you stay organised and professional — it doesn't find clients for you.
Who created PickUp Go?
PickUp Go was born from the frustration of a private hire driver on the French Riviera, tired of juggling between unsuitable apps. Built by a driver, for drivers. The goal: bring all the essential tools together in one intuitive and powerful app. Every feature addresses a real need from the field.
Is PickUp Go available in my country?
The official launch is in France, but the app is designed to be used anywhere in the world. The interface is available in French and English, and expansion to the United Kingdom and then the rest of Europe is planned for 2027.

How much does PickUp Go cost?
PickUp Go offers two plans: Essential at €9.99/month and Pro at €14.99/month. Both include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, no commitment.
What's the difference between Essential and Pro?
Essential includes 5 orders per month, quotes and invoices, flight tracking, Welcome Board, one-tap shortcuts, smart price simulator, client management and multilingual notifications — everything you need to get started.

Pro unlocks unlimited orders, unlimited price simulations, project invoicing (group multiple rides into one invoice), CSV accounting export and up to 2 vehicles and 2 drivers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. Create your account, test everything, and cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can switch from Essential to Pro or vice versa whenever you like. Upgrading to Pro is instant. Downgrading to Essential takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
No commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings or your account. No cancellation fees.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other common payment methods. Details are provided when subscribing in the app.
Do you take a commission on my rides?
No, never. PickUp Go works on a subscription-only model. You keep 100% of your earnings. No commission, no hidden fees, no percentage taken from your rides.

How does real-time flight tracking work?
Simply enter the flight number in your order form. The app tracks the flight live and alerts you automatically in case of delay, early arrival or status change. You can follow the flight directly from your lock screen. No more checking FlightRadar or other apps manually.
What is the Welcome Board?
It's your digital name sign. From the order form, tap a dedicated button and your passenger's name displays full-screen on your phone. Perfect for airport or train station pickups. Professional, instant, zero preparation.
How does the price simulator work?
Enter two addresses and the simulator automatically calculates distance, duration, tolls and fuel cost to give you an accurate price based on your rate card (Standard, Premium, Luxury). Available in both plans.
Can I send invoices and quotes from the app?
Yes. Your invoices and quotes are generated as professional PDFs with your logo. Turn an order form into an invoice in one click. At the end of a ride, the invoice is generated and sent automatically by email to your client. Documents adapt to your client's language.
Do my clients receive automatic notifications?
Yes. As soon as you create an order, your client receives an automatic email confirmation with all the ride details. Emails are sent automatically in your client's language.
What is Project mode?
Project mode Pro lets you group multiple rides from the same client or event into a folder (e.g. "Cannes Film Festival", "Dupont Wedding"). When you close the project, a single invoice is generated with the details of all the rides. Perfect for B2B contracts and events.
Is the app available in multiple languages?
Yes. The app interface is available in French and English. Documents (quotes, invoices) and automatic emails adapt to each client's language. More languages will be added over time.
Are the order forms compliant with private hire regulations?
Yes. The order forms, quotes and invoices generated by PickUp Go include all the mandatory information required by passenger transport regulations. You can present them with confidence during any inspection.
Getting Started

How do I create my account?
Download PickUp Go from the App Store or Google Play, open the app and follow the account creation steps. Enter your professional information (name, company, contact details) and you're ready to work in minutes.
How long does it take to set up the app?
A few minutes is all it takes. Create your account, enter your rates, add your logo and you can create your first order straight away. The app is designed to get you up and running as fast as possible.
Can I import my existing clients?
For now, clients are added manually in the app. Good news: once a client is saved, their information is stored and auto-filled for all future orders.
What devices does PickUp Go work on?
PickUp Go is available on iPhone (iOS) and Android. The app is optimised for smartphones — it's your field tool, always in your pocket. A web version is planned for the future for desktop management.
Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
Yes, an internet connection is required to sync your data, send automatic emails and use flight tracking or the price simulator. Your essential data remains accessible even with an unstable connection.
What happens if I change my phone?
Your data is synced to our servers. Download PickUp Go on your new phone, log in with your credentials and everything is there: clients, orders, invoices, history. Nothing is lost.
Data & Security

Is my data secure?
Yes. All communications between the app and our servers are encrypted (TLS/SSL). Your passwords are protected by a secure hashing algorithm (BCrypt) and are never stored in plain text. Daily backups protect your data against any loss.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted on secure servers located in France and Germany, within the European Union. No data transfers outside the European Economic Area. Your data stays in Europe.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. From Settings > My Account > Delete my account, you can request the deletion of your account and all your personal data. Deletion is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR.
Is PickUp Go GDPR compliant?
Yes, fully. PickUp Go is developed and operated by SAS Cactus, based in France. The app complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law. You can view our full privacy policy from the app or our website.
